Billing of your accomodation

You can pay your accomodation directly at the hotel during the conference. The Centre Paul Langevin will then emit a bill with which you can be reimbursed.

If you'd rather pay your accomodation through a purchase order from your lab :

Costs are divided as follows:

• option: early arrival on sunday evening for dinner

detailed prices:
27.91 €/night + 20% VAT shared room, 
36.66 €/night + 20% VAT single room (if available),
18.46 €/meal Tax Incl. (15.92 + 10% VAT and 0.79  + 20% VAT)
5.18 €/breakfast + 10% VAT
5€ fee + 20% VAT
0.83€ /day tourist tax (duty free).
State Agents are exempt of tourist tax, on presentation of a proof (payslip, CNRS card, ...)

Funding

 The GDR has a small budget to organize the conference and to take in charge mission for a few people.

 Housing will be funded for approximately 50 people, in priority young researchers (PhD, post-docs) with limited resources (to mention at the registration stage).
